This mini unit includes colors, Christmas vocabulary and adjectives. It also includes an article about Christmas sweaters in Europe and Canada.
Sentence Builder for helping students talk about Christmas sweaters. Students will be able to describe the colors and what is pictured on them. They will also design their own Christmas sweater and talk about it with a partner and with the group. For upper levels, students can read article about les pulls de Noël – the popularity of Christmas sweaters in Europe and Canada. They will then complete a Sketch and Tell – summarizing the article and drawing a picture to represent what they wrote. When done – the class will read the paragraphs and have fun looking over the pictures.
