This activity will help students settle into the present moment through one or more of the activities listed below. Share one, two, or all three of these mindfulness techniques with your students:
1) Mindful coloring/drawing- focusing
2) Guided breathing
3) Mindful drinking of hot chocolate (or even water)-mindful drinking (smell, taste, savor, enjoy)
