Posted by: Catherine Ousselin   |   31/16/24

Google Slides (Not included: 2 activities that will be offered on my personal site with an option for donations).

a. Slides include videos and links to 12 holidays/festivals from around the world that present the importance of “light” during the dark of winter. Students will work in groups of 3-4 and explore the different holidays/festivals. I have shared 2 extra resources for this lesson (2-3 days). Extra options will be available on my personal blog/store.

b. Student engagement activity: Vocabulaire & compréhension (Slides 20-21)

c. The original article has been modified for three reading levels via ChatGPT. Questions/activities are not included in this version.
